Refund & Shipping Policy

1. General Policy Overview

OIIQ.NET supplies hardware, software, and professional IT services to business clients.

All hardware products are procured upon confirmation of payment from authorized distributors. As a result, return eligibility depends on the procurement stage and distributor policies.

This policy applies to purchases made through:

any direct quotation approved in writing.

2. Payment Requirement

All hardware and software orders require full payment prior to procurement unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.

3. Order Cancellation

Before Procurement

If cancellation is requested before the product has been ordered from the distributor:

  • The order may be canceled.
  • Payment will be refunded minus transaction processing fees and administrative charges.

After Procurement

Once the product has been ordered from the distributor:

  • Orders are considered final.
  • Refunds are not guaranteed.
  • Any return is subject to distributor approval.
  • Restocking fees may apply.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Special-order or customized products are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

4. Drop-Shipping

Certain products may be shipped directly from authorized distributors.

Clients acknowledge:

  • Shipping timelines depend on distributor availability.
  • Tracking information will be provided when available.
  • Delivery delays caused by carriers are outside OIIQ.NET’s control.
  • Packaging may originate from third-party logistics facilities.

OIIQ.NET is not responsible for shipping delays beyond reasonable control.

5. Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout or quotation stage.

These are estimates only and may vary due to:

  • Distributor inventory changes
  • Carrier delays
  • Weather events
  • Force majeure
  • Supply chain disruptions

OIIQ.NET does not guarantee specific delivery dates unless explicitly agreed in writing.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If a product arrives damaged:

  • The client must notify OIIQ.NET within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Photographic evidence may be required.
  • Claims will be processed in accordance with distributor or carrier policies.

Manufacturer defects are handled under manufacturer warranty terms.

OIIQ.NET facilitates warranty claims but does not independently guarantee manufacturer products.

7. Refurbished Products

Certified refurbished products:

  • Are graded as described at time of sale.
  • May show minor cosmetic wear consistent with grade.
  • Include limited warranty as specified at purchase.

Refurbished items are not eligible for return due to cosmetic condition if consistent with stated grade.

8. Software & Digital Products

Software licenses and digital products:

  • Are non-refundable once delivered or activated.
  • Subscription services are governed by separate subscription terms.

9. Services & Custom Work

Professional services, including:

  • IT configuration
  • ERP implementation
  • Consulting
  • Custom development

Are non-refundable once delivered or initiated unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

10. Warranty Disclaimer

Unless explicitly stated:

  • Hardware warranties are provided by the manufacturer.
  • OIIQ.NET does not extend or modify manufacturer warranties.
  • Warranty coverage varies by manufacturer and product type.

11. Return Authorization Process

Returns, where approved, require:

  • Written authorization from OIIQ.NET
  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Original packaging when applicable

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

OIIQ.NET is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits
  • Business interruption
  • Delays caused by third parties

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service.

13. Business-to-Business Transactions

Unless otherwise specified, products and services are intended for business use.

Commercial clients acknowledge procurement-based ordering and supply-chain dependency.

14. Policy Updates

OIIQ.NET reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.

Updates will be posted with a revised effective date.
